If clients are in need of help paying their utilities, they can apply for assistance through our social services staff. The client is required to meet certain income guidelines. Listed below are the basic items that each client must present at time of request.

  • Appointment is Necessary
  • Valid State ID or Drivers License
  • Past Due or Shut-Off Notice (Metered Utility)
  • Proof of ALL Household Income

If you are applying for Propane Assistance, your tank must be at or below 25%.
